Privacy policy

This policy describes what we collect when you use the FlyRank AI Internship and what we do with it.

Information we collect

When you sign in with LinkedIn we receive account verification fields such as your name, email address, LinkedIn member ID, profile image, locale, and email-verification status. You separately provide your public LinkedIn profile URL, application answers, track and cohort context, program progress, and messages you send to us.

If you join a future-track waitlist, we collect the email address you provide, the track you selected, the page where you submitted the form, and the submission time. Joining a future-track waitlist does not submit an internship application.

How we use it

We use your information to review applications, run onboarding, deliver the internship, issue credentials, send program updates, manage future-track interest, and keep the community safe.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights on the public site and portals to understand traffic, performance, and reliability. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not use them to sell your data.

Aggregate program data

We may use de-identified, aggregate progress data to understand participation, improve assignments, plan capacity, and report program-wide metrics. We do not use aggregate progress reporting to identify individual participants.

Third-party services

We use services such as LinkedIn, Supabase, Vercel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, GitHub, Google Workspace, the FlyRank portal, and email providers to operate the program and site. We only share what is needed for those services to work.

Public credentials

If you complete the program, we may publish a verification page with your name, track, cohort, credential status, and completion dates. We do not publish your capstone URL or private submission content on the public verifier.

Retention

We keep application and participation records for as long as needed to operate the program, verify credentials, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse. We keep future-track interest records while planning and launching the relevant track, unless you ask us to delete your record sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to records we need to keep for security, legal, or credential-verification reasons.
