Why we are doing this

The career ladder is collapsing.

Junior roles are vanishing. Internships are getting harder to land. The people just entering the industry need a real starting point, and most of them are not getting one. So we built one.

The break

Hiring has shifted.

Companies want people with two years of experience for jobs that used to be entry-level. AI has eaten the routine work that juniors used to cut their teeth on. Mentorship is rare. The on-ramps that used to exist have quietly disappeared.

We see it every week. People reach out asking for an internship, an apprenticeship, anything. Most of them are sharper than the people they are competing with for those vanishing entry-level roles.

So we did something about it.

The FlyRank AI Internship is global, self-paced, and real. You apply. You build. You ship. You graduate with a verifiable credential, an eligible recommendation letter, and alumni community access while the community is active.

We are not trying to fix the entire industry. We are trying to give a few thousand people a real shot.

What we will and won't do with your work.

FlyRank funds the internship as part of how it invests in the community and gets to know strong builders. That means we can help new builders practice in public and, when there is a mutual fit, know who to talk to later. It does not turn the program into a sales funnel or an employment promise.

  • No hidden fees, paid upsells, or credit card requirement for the internship core.
  • We do not sell applicant, intern, or graduate data.
  • Sponsors, employers, and partners never get private participant records without consent.
  • Getting to know strong builders means we can notice them for future opportunities; it does not mean guaranteed jobs or unpaid employee work.
