Can I list the internship on LinkedIn?

Yes. You can list it on LinkedIn or your resume, but represent it accurately as an unpaid educational internship. Use the title options in the LinkedIn task, and do not describe acceptance as completion.

Why do you ask accepted interns to add FlyRank to LinkedIn?

Because the program is built around public proof and career visibility. Adding the experience helps your network, mentors, and future reviewers understand what you are building. Use the portal's approved wording, keep it accurate, and do not describe acceptance as completion. FlyRank never posts for you; sharing a post is optional.

Where is the LinkedIn post image, and can I reset or change the post?

The LinkedIn task and post images appear in the portal when available for your account. Sharing a post is optional, and you can edit your own LinkedIn post as long as it stays accurate. FlyRank does not post to LinkedIn for you; you post manually from your own account. If the share panel or images do not appear, try another browser or private window. If you need the task reset, contact support. If LinkedIn blocks a future start date, wait until the start date or use the closest accurate date LinkedIn allows without claiming completion early.

Is there a community or Discord server?

Everything official lives in the portal at internship.flyrank.ai after you sign in with LinkedIn. Announcements, Events, Support, and published portal pages are the source of truth. FlyRank is evaluating opening Discord, but Discord access is still TBD until the team publishes an official link in the portal. Treat unofficial WhatsApp, Telegram, or social groups as peer-run spaces, not FlyRank policy sources.

How should I ask for help during the program?

Start by checking the assignment, announcement, FAQ, and relevant channel or portal area. If you still need help, share the page, assignment, error, link, screenshot, and what you already tried. Community and peer help are part of the program, but FlyRank staff and mentors are not a 24/7 help desk.

How does mentorship work?

Mentors and guest mentors support the program through review, portal support, scheduled events, office hours, or async sessions when available. Mentorship is meant to improve the work and add outside context; it does not guarantee a 1:1 assignment, job placement, or a paid project.

How can I tell if a FlyRank message is official?

Your portal, official support replies, and published FlyRank pages are the source of truth. FlyRank does not ask applicants or interns to pay fees, share passwords, send payment details, or accept internship decisions through random phone calls or direct messages. If a message looks suspicious, do not respond with private information; contact support from the site or portal and include a screenshot.
